Mark Levine, Esq. appeared via telephone for defendant David Ben Burch, a/k/a Archeaopteryx, who was not present at this morning's hearing.

The Court hears testimony, receives evidence and after hearing the evidence presented, and after taking the matter under submission, the Court, having found that plaintiff Violet Blue failed to meet her burden, DENIES plaintiff's request for restraining order without prejudice.
